● HOW IT WORKS

One front door, from first
call to final sign-off.

Florida permitting is a maze of jurisdictions, codes, and inspection queues. Palma is the single point of contact that runs it for you — starting with a free diagnostic, then a clear estimate, then licensed Florida pros to do the work and close the permit.

Why Florida's private-provider statute matters

Florida's building departments handle more construction volume than their inspection staff can keep up with. Permit queues stretch for weeks; plan-review rounds can take a month or more. Every delay has a real cost — contractor downtime, loan interest, and a schedule that compresses onto every trade.

Under Florida Statute 553.791, licensed private providers can perform plan review and building inspections in place of the local building department, on your schedule, with results that carry full legal standing accepted by every Florida jurisdiction. Where it speeds your timeline, Palma coordinates private-provider review and inspections as part of the job — so your project isn't stuck behind a municipal queue.

Palma is a permitting and project-coordination company, not an engineering, contracting, or inspection firm. The engineering, construction, and inspections are performed by a vetted network of independently licensed Florida professionals. Our role is to scope the work, coordinate the right people, and keep the paperwork and schedule moving to a clean close.
