From open permit to
final CO.

What we coordinate

Coordination, not conflict. Palma coordinates independently licensed Florida inspectors and private providers — we keep the schedule moving and the paperwork clean. We are not an inspection firm ourselves.

Inspections & Sign-Off FAQ

What is a private provider inspection?

Under Florida Statute 553.791, licensed private providers can perform building inspections in place of the local building department, often on a faster schedule. Palma coordinates these inspections for your project.

Can you help me get a certificate of occupancy?

Yes. We coordinate the remaining inspections, clear outstanding items, and drive the permit to final sign-off and certificate of occupancy or completion.

I have open inspections on an old permit. Can you close them?

Yes. We identify the outstanding inspections, schedule them through licensed providers, and resolve them so the permit can be closed — often before a sale or refinance.

Does Palma perform the inspections itself?

No. Palma coordinates independently licensed Florida inspectors and private providers. Palma is a permitting and project-coordination company, not an inspection firm.
